Return Information

We will accept any item, unworn and still tagged, back to us within 14 days. Your order postage amount will not be refunded. Please detail on the returns slip if you would like a refund/exchange/credit note. Please note any products that have been worn/washed cannot be returned to us unless there is a manufacturers defect - this does not include the washing conditions of the garment. As all washing machines have different settings we do not accept liability for a product that has a washing defect, this item cannot be returned.

*Buy one item and get any other for free! On returns, we allow for exchange or store credit. Both products bought on our BOGOF deal must be returned in order to receive a credit note, or just one can be exchanged for another of equal value.

Box bundles can only be returned for exchange/credit note, we do not offer refunds for these bundles as they are purchased at sale pricing.

Please also note any FREE items received with the original item ordered must be returned upon receipt also. If this is not returned we can not accept the return of the original product.

Please return any unwanted item to our Belfast store at – 443-445 Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 1AQ. Please ensure the item is well packaged and can be received in a new condition. Any items returned to us in a worn, damaged condition will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Please note any FREE items received with the original item ordered must be returned upon receipt also. If this is not returned we can not accept the return of the original product.

Once your return has been received by our store it can take up to 5 working days for the return to be processed. Once processed, a member of our returns team will be in touch with either confirmation of your refund or your credit note value.

If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 3-5 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.

Return postage is paid by the customer and will vary depending on which service you choose to send the item with. We recommend sending a tracked service as insurance for the customer, to ensure it reaches our company.


Yes, you can request an exchange. Please make it clear on invoice/piece of paper inside the parcel the item/colour/size you require and we will process that for you.

Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card for an exchange or refund back onto the gift card.
