With DHL EXPRESS we now offer hassle free returns.
For a small fee you can now have your unrequired items collected from the comfort of your own home with just a small deduction to your refund amount using the DHL return labels we have supplied with your order.
£6 for UK, £15 for EU, £25 for US and the rest of the world.
If you don't wish to use DHL and would like to arrange your own service please return the goods with all original packaging and tags to our returns address.
RETURNING YOUR PARCEL
To book your collection, simply click this link.
Once the page has loaded then go to the menu > Schedule a pickup. You will then be asked if you require the creation of a DHL shipping label which you don't. Attached to your returns form you should find two DHL sticky labels. Once you have selected NO you will then be asked for the DHL Waybill number
Attached to your returns form you should find two DHL sticky labels. The DHL Waybill number you require is at the bottom of the waybill document underneath the barcode. Please enter the waybill number and your mobile number. You will then be asked to choose the parcel size and the time/date of delivery.
Tell us what you are returning.
On your returns form you are required to fill out the reason code for the particular item you wish to return. Place the returns form back into the envelope you received it in.
Pack the items.
Pack your return item(s) using the original packing provided accompanied by tags and dust sheets (if supplied)
Label the package.
On your returns form you should have received two sticky labels. The first label, titled *WAYBILL DOC* should be given to your designated driver whilst the second label should then be attached over the original label, covering it completely.
Complete the pick-up. Upon collection, hand the waybill document to the DHL driver along with your return. Please make sure you seal the package securely.

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If not, you may return your order to us within 14 days of delivery signature - subject to the conditions below. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted and returned back to you (or in the case of faulty items - see below).
CONDITION AND DAMAGE
Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (for information on washing instructions please refer to the wash label inside the garment before washing). When trying items on the item should not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface (carpeted surfaces are recommended).
Please ensure all items are also at a safe distance from pet hairs.
The returns department ensure all returns are inspected thoroughly. Staff will decide upon inspecting the item if it is deemed resalable and will pass the information on to our customer services team who will further assist you with your return.
David James Kerr aims to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving the item(s).
You will be notified by email once your item has been Exchanged / Refunded or Credit note provided. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account balance dependant on your banking provider.
Exchange emails will be sent once the exchanged item is on its way to you. The tracking number for this will be provided in the email also. If a credit note is required, it will be sent through an email with an online code to use during your next visit to our website
