Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail 24® which aims to have your order with you within 1-2 working days. This service is trackable once the parcel has been delivered.
We offer Royal Mail 24® for FREE with all orders.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which aims to have your order with you within 5-7 working days. This service is fully trackable.
Royal Mail uses their own track and trace system to find out where your parcel is. Royal Mail can offer you real-time details of your parcel's progress as it speeds through the Royal Mail network. You can track your parcel by clicking here.
If you do not receive your order, please contact our support team at sales@davidjameskerr.com straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The cut off time for delivery is 2pm Monday to Friday.
If you require to change your address with Royal Mail you would have to contact them once they send you information. You can also change settings for delivery on their app. We at DJK International cannot change addresses after the order has been placed.
