We are fully aware that when ordering online. Sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return or exchange the product. We want to make this as easy possible for you.
Below, we have written all the information that is relevant to returning or exchanging the product. Please remember not to remove tags or dispose of the packaging until you are 100% sure you want to keep the order.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER ONCE I'VE RECEIVED IT?
You have up to 28 days from the receiving the item to ask for refund/exchange or credit note.
IN STORE PURCHASES/RETURNS
All items bought instore have 14 days for exchange or credit note only. We do not offer instore refunds. Items bought online cannot be returned instore either, they can only be returned via post and then processed by our web team once received.
YOU'VE RECEIVED AN ITEM YOU DIDN'T ORDER (INCORRECT ITEM)
By the off chance we may have sent you an incorrect item please contact us straight away via email or by phone. We can then arrange for your order to be returned/replaced and refunded in neseccary. Please remember to give your full name and order number during the corresspondance with us.
YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE
Along with your order you will have received a returns sheet. On that sheet you will need to fill in all the relevant information regarding your exchange. Once we have received your order we will correspond with you to try and resolve the exchange. In the unfortunate circumstance we don't have a suitable exchange, We will process a full refund back to the card payment.

CUSTOMER RETURNS RESPONSIBILITY
Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of all items until we are in safe receipt. We recommend that you use an insured returns service for your protection. International orders must be clearly marked 'RETURN TO SENDER' as we are not liable for customs and duties back into the UK. In circumstances where the parcel is not marked as 'RETURN TO SENDER' we will contact you to advise you of customs and duties amount and request it be deducted from your account or refund.
