We realise that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as painless as possible.
Below, you will find all of the information you should need to return a product to us. Remember though, do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping your order.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS AFTER I RECEIVE THEM?
You can return or exchange any goods bought from the David James Kerr website. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) back to us. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with tags & labels. If this is adhered to we will issue a refund for your item(s) upon receipt. Refund processing times may vary so please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card, PayPal or bank statement.
INSTORE PURCHASES / RETURNS?
All items bought instore have 14 days for exchange or credit note only. We do not offer instore refunds. Items bought online cannot be returned instore either, they can only be returned via post and then processed by our web team once received.
IF WE HAVE SENT AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER (AN “INCORRECT” ITEM)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, contact us at email@example.com to arrange return and/or replacement of the item in question. Please include your order reference number in all correspondences.
Returning Items For An Exchange
If you require an exchange for any items purchased you have 14 days to return your order back to us. Please enclose the completed returns sheet found within your order documents, stating the garment(s) being returned and the garment(s) you would like to exchange for.
HOW DO I RETURN MY GOODS?
Simply fill out the form on your invoice (included with your parcel), then send the parcel to our returns department at:

CUSTOMER RETURNS RESPONSIBILITY
Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of all items until we are in safe receipt. We recommend that you use an insured returns service for your protection. International orders must be clearly marked 'RETURN TO SENDER' as we are not liable for customs and duties back into the UK. In circumstances where the parcel is not marked as 'RETURN TO SENDER' we will contact you to advise you of customs and duties amount and request it be deducted from your account or refund.
